What is the reseller program?
The reseller program was designed to enable you to act as your own web hosting company. You can resell your own webspace and customize the features that you want at a minimal cost, or you can resell our full
featured accounts. Either way, we
offer the l owest prices to ensure that you can afford to markup your prices and still remain competitive.
Do my customers ever know
that I resell from you?
Unless you tell your customers about your affiliation with ArrowWeb, Inc.
they will never know.
How much do my accounts cost?
Your first account is full price. From
that point on, you are eligible for a standard 15% discount off of our services. When you have a total of
11 accounts, your discount increases
to 20%. The highest discount
available is 30%.
When your annual renewal date
comes around, you are billed at your current discount rate.
Do my customers pay me or
you?
You are responsible for collecting payment from your customers.
Do you offer more than a 30% discount?
Possible arrangements can be made
for high volume resellers.
Do I do InterNIC registration,
or do you?
We can do it for you at no charge, or you can do it
